Lost Footage

We were digging through the archives (we've been around since 1977) and found this footage of the first CrossFit 26 SportsFest being played in, freakishly, the same spot we played Ultimate last week in Tower Grove Park...I know, it blew our flux capacitors too!

Squat on Number 2 

 

 Whats missing in these pics?  Give up? A TOILET!  Did you go to the bathroom today? Chances are you had to squat to do it (number 2). So why do doctors say squatting is bad? (for older folk, generally) I mean you gotta get off the pot, and most likely you want to do it on your own. I'm gonna squat my ass off just so someone doesn't have to wipe my ass or help me get off the pot when I'm older. Although, someone wiping for me sounds enticing, but I would just feel bad for that person. Save that nurse the humility of your foul immobile self, SQUAT! BUILD STRONG LEGS!. Dont cry when we squat 3 days in a row of some kind.  I'm helping you wipe your own ass, figuratively of course! Here is a good article.

Fun Times! 

Train hard Play Hard. Thanks to everyone who came out to our Pub Crawl. Good times as usual. Im blown away by the great people we have in our 26 community. Our theme was "Drunk Girls". The benchmarks girls of Crossfit are fun, but the Drunk Girls of the Pub Crawl are unprecedented in awesomeness. Here is the list ....

Personally I did, Bambi, Destiny, Heavy Chloe, Sabrina, Jamie Paul, Tia & Tamara, Crystal, Heather, then I blacked out....! Cheers!

Pub Crawl...that Shit Kray

If you mix Crossfit 26, this mexican wrestler, Cinco de Mayo and guacamole you will have a good time.  We will meet up at Barristers 2pm in Clayton on Saturday. We will move to the next bar at 3pm, se get there before then. We will have a WOD Rx Drink list for you to participate in. That shit kray.  Details to come.

Better Tell Sombody

CrossFit 26 SPORTSFEST! Such a good time out there on the courts. Glad we dodged the hail. That would have made it EXTREME BRO!~

They're Baaaccckkk!
